Dynamic drop down value is getting reset

Summary
User has cascading dynamic select and the source of the child dynamicSelect is an activity.
User has a Save button in the section which refreshes the Section. When user clicks on this Save button, sometimes the child dynamicSelect is being reset.
Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce
1) Create cascading DynamicSelct with activity as the source.
2) Configure a button which refreshes the section.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules pega_ui_dynamicSelect js.
Resolution
Apply HFix-26368.
