Editable section become read only

Summary
User has configured a section with a layout. This layout is configured with another section include. This section has a nested section inside it with a read-only condition specified. At run time, the third section is displayed as editable.
Error Messages
Not Applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a section with a layout.
2. Configure this layout with another section include.
3. Add a nested section inside it.
4. Specify a read-only condition to this section.
Root Cause
There was no read-only condition specified on the second section and on the layout of the first section.
Resolution
Specify a read-only condition on all the nested setions and includes.
