Email body of inbound email is not getting parsed

Summary
User is using email listener for reading incoming emails . But the Email body in the incoming mail is not getting parsed, it is appearing in HTML format in the notes section.

Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Isuse is resolved after changing the conrol pzDisplayPostText in pyPostContent section to RTE.
