Emails are not triggered in the production env after JDK upgrade



User upgraded from WAS fix pack upgrade from WAS to and DK upgrade from 1.6 to 1.7 Fix Pack 60 SR 9.

Everything worked fine after WAS upgrade. But Emails are not triggering in below use cases after JDK upgrade.

User has a functionality to send email notification whenever a Work Object (WO) is resolved.

When a child WO is resolved, email notification is sent but the same is not triggered when Parent WO is resolved.

Note : User is using Send-Corr Agent to send email notification.

Steps to Reproduce

1) Resolve child Object.
2) Resolve Parent WorkObject.

Root Cause

An issue in the custom application code or rules where the pxpartyrole in corrnew activity is not pulling the value and displayed empty.

This is caused by improper configuration in calling activity which sends parameters to corrnew activity.


Perform the following local-change:

Assigning the value to pxpartyrole and sending the value to corrnew activity resolves the issue.
