Summary



Error occurs on attempting to restart RPARuntime.


Error Messages



Robot registration failed.


Steps to Reproduce

  1. Install Pega Platform7.4 Robot Manager
  2. Update the work group and work queue for robotics operator ID of Runtime
  3. Restart the RPARuntime for reading the update


Root Cause



Configurations isssues are present in the workgroup.


Resolution

Perform the following local-change:

Resave the configurations updated at in the workgroup (Operator ID) and cleared the file, C:\ProgramData\OpenSpan\RPAStartup.info.
