Error when switching to Authors access group in an application

Summary
Error displays for multiple users when switching to the Authors or Administrators access group in one of the applications.
Error Messages
Error message on screen:
Status: fail, Message: There has been an issue; please consult you system administrator Log error messages: Execution denied for class: @baseclass (activity: pzGetSecurityScoreForApp) Execution denied for class: @baseclass (activity: DisplayHarnessWithClass).
Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to the application.
- Switch to the newly created application.
Root Cause
The access group was getting corrupt. The Conclusion was built before setting up the rulesets to the requestor. Hence, roles were added to the RuleNotFound cache. The error message displayed since the roles were present in the RuleNotFound cache.
Resolution
Apply HFix-47303.
