Error while generating rules schema objects



A single database upgrade from PRPC 5.5 to Pega 7.1.8 and Rule migration, as well as, Rule base upgrade steps are successful. However, an error occurs while generating rules schema objects step.

java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00903: invalid table name

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Upgrade with one database
  2. "your_55WORK" is the scheme that has old Rules and Data. "your_71RULES" is the new Rules schema.
  3. Error occurs on “Generating Rules Schema objects” step.

Root Cause

A software use or operation error. Wrong source and target schema names are specified in


Local-change is to switch the two schemas in as below.
