In Excel viewer in iOS Date time values gets appended with /3

Summary
On exporitng case notes or phone call records in XLS, in the Update DateTime and Created date fields, an additional text (that is, /3) is added at the end of the DateTime string. This occurs when using iPad Safari.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a report definition with DateTime columns.
- Download the report in Excel format.
- Open the report on an iPad.
Root Cause
A third-party product issue.
Issue with the default Excel file Viewer in iOS while displaying the DateTime column. The Viewer appended '/3' at the end of each DateTime string.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Use a standard Excel Viewer software (such as, MS Excel or Office suite) for iOS devices.
