Exception occurs during the execution of the AdobeFileOfferListener service file.
The file listener which processes the file, is configured to run on 2 nodes, with a lock on the temporary file.
Error Messages
null FdjSystemOperator - Authorization failed, please contact system administrator.
Steps to Reproduce
Run the AdobeFileOfferListener service file.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-45142.
