Export PDF Reports not working as expected

Summary
After upgrading from PRPC 6.x to Pega 7.1.7, reports exported to PDF no longer have the same style elements applied.

Steps to Reproduce
Run a report and export to PDF in Pega 7.1.7.
Root Cause
The previous styles are no longer supported in the new implementation of the report viewer or in the resulting PDF file.
Resolution
The styles from the older version of PRPC are no longer supported. You, as an application developer, need to implement your own styles for reports.
