Summary

we have a requirement, to export all records to .CSV file formate.we are unable to generate this type of file.
Example: OperatorRecords.csv (file formate like this)

Resolution

The explanation for this behavior is as follows:

If your requirement is for only to the operator records to be fetch from the database then create a RD at your end.

1. Create a RD
2. Map to Data-Admin-Operator-ID
3. Add the columns what you want to fetch.
4. Enable Export to excel feature for the same.

Run the report to fetch the data and then export to excel feature to get the data in .exls and then re-save the following in .csv.

This approach should only be used only when you are running one in a while to get the data.

Secondly approach is to use BIX  utility to fetch the data from the database and export the result in csv. More information about bix in below link.
