Expose properties in pr_operators table and user cannot save to that column in the table.

- Expose properties in pr_operators table.
- Attempt to save a value to those properties.
Root Cause
User is not allowed to expose columns for use on arbitrary 'out of the box' , (OOTB), tables in the Pega schema.
Resolution
Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:
OOTB tables are subject to change and the working scenario is not guaranteed to work in the future.
