Steps to Reproduce
- Switch to AppStudio.
- Click Interfaces.
- Click Facebook.
- Enter Details.
- Description
- Command to create Case.
In the Connection tab, enter the below details,
- Facebook page ID
- Token
- Template operator
- Click Save.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Update to Pega 8.2.
