Summary
File Upload using Out-of-the-box (OOTB) FilePath control hangs on refresh section.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a PS work object which in turn creates a Plan work object in the backend after certain data entry and Save.
2. Open the Plan work object.
3. Navigate to the button to launch the modal dialog for excel file upload.
4. Upload the file and Save - uploaded and saved successfully.
5. Close both the open work object forms.
6. Reopen both the work object forms and again navigate to the modal dialog for file upload.
7. Browse the file and click upload - The system hangs indefinitely with no response and refresh icon spinning continuously.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules, In pega_yui_connection.js, the function call to removeChild is throwing a JS error.
Resolution
Apply HFix-24713.
