Filter pop up not does not display on the selected column

Summary
On filtering results, the corresponding filter prompt pop up does not display on the selected column.
Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a grid with many columns
- Scroll to the right and filter a column. The filter pop up is not aligned with the selected column. Instead, it is shifted to the left of the column
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems' code or rules. The popovercontainer div was launched inside body due to certain conditions. However, the element which has the scroll is present between the body and the harness.
Resolution
Apply HFix-38349.
