Summary
While accessing questions on the UI, the UI breaks with the exception on the screen.
Error Messages
Exception occurred in Rule-HTML-Section Embed-PegaQ-Results-QuestionGroup.BuildQuestionPageStream
Steps to Reproduce
Launch NBAA Portal
Select a random customer name from drop down and run Present offer
clickon May be Later button it throws an error in the screen
Root Cause
This issue is happening when Rick Text editor is used for question text as it contains tags to format the text and quotes which was causing exception in FUA generation
Resolution
HFIX-10315 resolves the issue.
