"Generate mashup code" is not shown in Case Type > Actions menu

Summary
After creating a Case type and opening it with "Edit case type", the Action dropdown menu does not have the "Generate mashup code" option.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a Case type and open it with "Edit case type".2. Click "Actions" button.
Root Cause
The "Generate mashup code" option in Case Designer is introduced in Pega 7.1.8.
Resolution
This feature is not available in Pega 7.1.7. Please upgrade to Pega 7.1.8.
