Summary
Text and images included in the Word document are not retained when uploaded document is downloaded by running a usecase.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Word Template rule
- Use the pzGenerateDocument function
- Import a Word file with above mentioned features
- Generate the Word document
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules.
The user has performed a Save-as of the pzGenerateDocument function and have customized its functionality.
Pega only supports the usage of the pz functions for internal development purposes.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Use Word Integration with Pega feature.
