GetNextWork locking issue

Summary
When a user performs the GetNextWork action to retrieve a case, a hard lock is acquired even though the case type is specified as having optimistic locking enabled.

Steps to Reproduce
- Click on the "GetNextWork" associated button.
- Then attempt to open the same item with different operator.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-32251.
