Go to Main Content link does not set focus correctly

Summary
After setting a dynamic layout to be the Main content with the ARIA landmark role Main, the Go to Main Content link does not change the focus to the correct layout.

Steps to Reproduce
- Deploy PegaWAI.
- Specify a dynamic layout as Main landmark under accessibility role.
- At run time, use the Go To Main Content link.
Root Cause
This issue was determined to be a product enhancement request, as the Skip to Content feature in its current implementation has several known limitations.
First, at run time, the Main Content region is the First (in DOM order) one of:
- The Center Panel of Screen Layouts and Panel Sets
- A Dynamic Layout explicitly marked as Main Content
- The Dynamic Container when present
In this case, the user-defined Dynamic Layout Main content designation is overridden by the Screen Layout Center Panel.
The skip to content function cannot skip to a region that is in a separate iFrame from the pySkipToTarget menu.
Resolution
Significant enhancement of this feature has been delivered through:
- HFix-29374 in Pega 7.2
- HFix-29375 in Pega 7.2.1
- HFix-36295 in Pega 7.2.2
With this enhancement, the Skip to Content function will now prioritize any Dynamic Layout with the Landmark value set to Main.
After installing the hotfix, modify the available when-rule, pyFocusInsideIframe to always return true, to enable the new skipToContent functionality.
