Go to Application > Guardrails and review the Guardrail Compliance Score.

Root Cause

The guardrail compliance score isn't a percentage. It's a weighted score based on the number, severity, and justification of guardrail violations in the application.  A weighted score of 0 is possible and valid.

Resolution

Improve your guardrail compliance weighted score by developing your application to be more guardrail compliant, or by providing justifications when it is necessary to develop outside the guardrails. For further information see:
