Summary
Healthcare Industry Foundation (HCIF) 7.23 upgrade documentation has instructions to upgrade from HCIF version 7.14 to 7.23 but it does not contain instructions for upgrading from HCIF 7.12 to 7.23.

Steps to Reproduce
User has an environment Pega 7.1.9 and HCIF 7.12 and would like to upgrade the same to Pega 7.2.2 and HCIF 7.23.
Hence looking for the instructions / documentation to upgrade from HCIF version 7.12 to HCIF 7.23.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-33796.
Tip: Directly upgrade from HCIF 7.12 to HCIF 7.23 without any intermediate update.
Additional Installation Instructions:
Run the upgrade scripts provided in the hotfix before proceeding with the upgrade process.
Note: A bug with ID:BUG-303587 is raised for the documentation update.
