Horizontal scroll bar not functioning

Summary
User is unable to use the horizontal scroll bar when the window size of View history audit trail popup window is resized.
By Default the popup window is in maximized view but they minimize and use the horizontal scroll bar its not working.
Error Messages
Not Applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
- Launch CPMHC Interaction Portal.
- Search a member ID in search member screen.
- Select a member and select the ‘is the contact the selected member’ radio button as “Yes”.
- Click Submit.
- Complete the Member verification.
- In member composite page click wrap up option.
- In tools icon select the view history.
Root Cause
The 'Close' button's div element was overlapping the horizontal scroll bar.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
1. Open the 'UserWorkForm' HTML fragment and do a private edit. Add the below line and save it.

margin-bottom:-7px;
}
</Style>
2. Run the use case and observe that the close button lower down little bit.
