Hot Fix install wizard is not Working

Summary



Post upgrade from PRPC 6.2 to Pega 7.1.7, Hot fix install wizard is no working and Harness error is getting displayed as below.


Error Messages



Display Error:    Error trying to process Current operator <<Operator Name>>
                      Action that failed WizardScreenFlow In flow pzInstallerScreenFlow
                             For class PegaAccel-Management-UpdateManager-Installer At step ASSIGNMENT66

Details:             Object key Read/write NoInput

                    Harness class Rule-HTML-Harness Frame name pyWorkPage
                    Error message Section 'WizardScreenFlow' execution error on page 'pyWorkPage' of class 'PegaAccel-Management-UpdateManager-Installer'. : Problem in JSP fragment


Steps to Reproduce



Navigate to Designer studio > System > Release >  HotFix Manager > Install HotFix.


Root Cause



pzWizardScreenFlowBack when rule is failing to execute properly.

Resolution



Perform the following local-change steps:

1) Delete pzWizardScreenFlowBack When rule assembly cache using Lookup Virtual Table Cache Detail of Virtual Rule Table Cache Management Version 3.0 in System Management Application (SMA).

2) Reassemble the PegaRules 07.10 application using Designer Studio > System > Assembly > Static Assembler.
