Hotkey does not work in composite portal

Summary
A custom Alt+S hotkey to submit a case opened the browser's default Alt+S menu instead of doing the hotkey action.
Error Messages
Not Applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
1) Set a hotkey to use Alt + S.
2) Use Alt + S while on the screen.
Root Cause
This issue happened on an upgraded environment. The short cut keys needed to be configured and the section needed to be saved again.
Resolution
Revalidate and Save of the section worked.
