How to disable the "Know your location" popup from Pega

When users navigate within a custom Pega application, a "Know your location" web browser popup appears on the screen. The two available buttons to click are "Allow" and "Block". The custom Pega application does not use geolocation and the developer would like to turn off the popup for all of the users.
