Image does not render for Unknown or Unreachable CTI Link Status

Summary
The Computer telephony integration (CTI) Links Landing Page displays a distorted image for the CTI link which has a Unknown or Unreachable status.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a CTI link
- Define the primary and the failover details in the CTI link. The system displays a distorted image for the failover link even though the failover server details are correct and the Test Connectivity shows a Success
Root Cause
The image (rftitledeleted.png) referenced in the section is not present as out-of-the-box in the system.
Resolution
Apply HFix-48735.
