Images not in email after spellcheck via RichTextEditor

Summary
When using the RichTextEditor control to edit correspondence, if you spell check using the control's built in spell check button, you see images removed from the correspondence that gets sent.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Edit correspondence that contains images using the RichTextEditor control.
2. Spell check the content of the RichTextEditor
3. Send an email using the edited correspondence.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules that resulted in the source url for image tags being adjusted from relative to absolute.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by hotfix item HFix-21934.
