Incorrect DateTime filter value displays on the UI

Summary
On filtering a DateTime column on a repeat grid, the Date value which displays on the UI is reduced by one day.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a report with a Date column.
- Enable a filter for the Date column.
Root Cause
Since the property type was set to Date, the time zone was considered while the date value was retrieved. Hence, the date displayed was incorrect.
Resolution
Apply HFix-37062.
