Incorrect SAML logout URL

SA-2848

Summary

Specified the Logout URL in SAML 2.0 Auth Service is not being used as the logout redirect URL.

Error Messages

Browser is looping to send to the siteminder

Steps to Reproduce

Login with SAML and the logout.

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is defect/misconfiguration in the PRPC operating environment.

Explained that SAML logout works by PRPC sending a Logout Request message to IDP (SiteMinder). And then the IDP will send back a logout message to PRPC Single Logout URL.

Resolution

This issue is resolved by making the following change to the PRPC operating environment.

The changes were made on SiteMinder to accept a SAML Logout message and then send one back to PRPC logout URL. Logout is now working correctly.
