Inline layout is not working in Internet Explorer

Summary
Inline dynamic layout with embedded sections, is not displaying controls in horizontal view. Rather it is displaying the controls in vertical.
This is the case only for Internet Explorer version 11.0.96. The same configuration is working in Chrome bowser.

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a section with inline dynamic layout.
- Embed sections into the cells of the inline dynamic layout.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-32202.
