Internal Server Error encountered on Export to Excel

Summary
User is trying to export the results of the report definition to Excel. On clicking the Export to Excel option "Internal Server Error" is popping out.
Error Messages
A window with "Internal Server Error" was displayed.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Generate the output of the Report Definition.
2. Click on the OOTB Export to Excel button. A window with "Internal Server Error" was displayed.
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment.
Resolution
User is using 64bit Microsoft Office which is not compatible with PRPC.
