Invalid input field displayed with accessibility toolbar

Summary
When using the Tab Order Indicator feature of the Web Accessibility Toolbar, an invalid input field displays. This field does not display without this browser plugin.

Steps to Reproduce
- Open a harness.
- Using the Web Accessibility Toolbar, select Structure > Tab Order Indicator.
Root Cause
The field in question is on the Document Object Model (DOM) intentionally, but has a display of none. However, it displays only because of the Web Accessibility Toolbar.
Resolution
Apply HFix-41857.
