iOS graphical bug while scrolling a page with charts

Summary
When scrolling a screen with a chart on iOS devices via the safari browser there is a flicker. The chart can appear to jump up or down the screen rather than scrolling smoothly.

Steps to Reproduce
- Include a chart control on a screen
- Review the screen via the Case Manager portal using a iOS device.
Root Cause
A third-party product issue occurs when scrolling pages with iFrames.
This behavior occurs when using the Case Manager portal (or another multi document portal) as iFrames are used. It does not occur on single document mode portals such as Case Worker.
Resolution
If appropriate switch to a single document mode portal such as Case Manager or reconfigure the Dynamic Container in the portal to Single Document mode.
