iOS Push Notifications does not work.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Install the iOS mobile application.
  2. Open the newly installed application. The 'Allow Push Notifications' popup does not display when launching the newly installed application.
  3. Send Push Notifications to a device.


Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. The mobile application did not register itself for Notifications.


Resolution

  1. Apply HFix-39700.
  2. Apply HFix-39815.
