Issue downloading files from service export directory

Summary
You have added "Header set Cache-Control "no-cache, no-store" to your httpd.conf file, and are no longer able to retrieve documents from service export.

Steps to Reproduce
Change the httpd.conf file and using javascript, retrieve files from service export.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is in a third-party product. Internet Explorer file downloads over SSL which does not work with the cache control headers.
Resolution
This is an IE issue, not a PRPC issue. Refer Microsoft support to resolve this issue.
