Issue with generating PDF using EForms with PDF/A templates

Summary
PDF files generated using out of the box GenerateEForm activity method is not showing the data in PDF files.
Error Messages
Not Applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
1) Create a EForm file rule and upload the PDF template where data needs to be written.
2) Create a Map eForm of type for the instance (Rule-Map-eForm).
3) Create and call an activity where ‘GenerateEForm’ method needs to be called with appropriate properties.
Root Cause
Pega uses third party jar itext-2.1.7.jar for PDF generation. However, itext-2.1.7.jar does not support PDF/A standard templates.
Note that the PDF/A templates are supported only from itext-5.4.5.jar onwards.
Resolution
This is an expected behavior in Pega 7.1.8 rather than a bug.
