Summary
The current logged in users are unable to send notifications to themselves.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a notification
- Create an associated message (Field Value)
- Invoke the out-of-the-box @baseclass.pxNotify activity with all the relevant parameters
Root Cause
The out-of-the-box @baseclass.pxNotify activity did not allow the notification to be sent to the logged in user in the pzPrepareRecipientList activity in the pyFilterCurrentUser When rule.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Change the condition of the pyFilterCurrentUser When rule from True to False.
