Japanese Locale not working.



After importing Japanese Language pack & setting the Japanese locale in the operator ID form, user still see issues in the Designer studio landing Page, where labels missing , operator menu missing.

Error Messages

All labels are missing in the Designer Studio Langing page.
All menus items are missing.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Import the translated Japanese language pack to the application.
2. Update the Locale in the Operator Id form to Ja.
3. Login to the application using the operator.


Issue is with character set used in the database which does not support Japanese locale.
To resolve the issue, use database with UTF-8 character set.
