JavaScript error using progressive pagination in grid on IE8

Summary
Some repeat grids with progressive paging throw a JS error.

Steps to Reproduce
Run a section containing a repeat grid with progressive paging on.
Root Cause
These grids are configured improperly. Progressive paging will by default freeze the grid header. It was found developers were trying to hide the grid headers through inline styles which directly conflict with this design option.
Resolution
The correct local change to hide the headers is to set this uncheck this option on the row configuration here:
