JAWS reads table incorrectly if 'Freeze Grid Header' enabled

Summary



On configuring a grid with the 'Freeze Grid Header' option, at runtime, JAWS identifies two tables instead of one for the same grid when using JAWS keystrokes to navigate through the grid table. JAWS reads the number of rows and columns incorrectly because of the two separate tables.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Configure a grid with 'Freeze Grid Header' checked.
  2. Access the grid table at runtime with JAWS active.


Root Cause



This issue was determined to be a product enhancement request.


Resolution



An enhancement request, FDBK-20905, has been created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
