JPY transactions display decimals

Summary
For currencies such as JPY, TWD, and HUF, the Decimal precision must not display. However, '.00' is added since the property is a decimal. The decimals can be discarded at the Operator level. However, Pega does not provide support for each record with different currencies.

- Configure a Currency control.
- Enter a value with decimals, such as 581.22.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-57590.
