Summary
In list views the horizontal scroll bar is not coming in Google Chrome though the horizontal scroll bar is working fine in Internet Explorer browser.

Steps to Reproduce
Open any list view in Chrome browser Version 55.0.2883.87 m, the horizontal scroll bar is not coming on the screen.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules.
Horizontal Scroll bar option is not coming only when they selected Fixed Header option for Listview and in rest of the scenario's its working as expected.
Resolution
By creating a new section with the below script and including the section in the Listview referenced section resolves the issue.
