Listener NullPointer error during Pega startup

During Pega startup, some listener related errors appears in the log
Error Messages

at com.google.common.collect.ImmutableList.asImmutableList(ImmutableList.java:308)
Steps to Reproduce
Start Pega.
Root Cause
This is only a log error entry and no other impact. This error is related to the Pega DSM component which user is not currently using or configured properly.
Resolution
Disable DSM component
Perform the following local-change: Update the following dynamic system setting to be false to disable DSM:
