Load test failed in 59th min

Summary
Developer is doing a Load test through Load runner and a particular scenario is running continuously for one hour till the 58th min transaction are passed and 59th min failure is happening same time application is up. The particular failing transaction is working fine manually.
The Pega browser timeout was changed from 3600sec to 7200sec, but the issue still occurs.

Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is in a third-party product integrated with PRPC.
Resolution
Application is configured on Single SignOn method. SiteMinder idle timeout value was configured as 1 Hour.
Issue got resolved after increasing idle timeout value to 2hrs.
