Unable to translate intent task Category titles to localized field values.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create field values using pyCaption/pyLabel/DriverCategory for Intent task Category headings.
2. Launch CPMInteraction Portal and create New phone call.
3. Observe that the localized values are not picked up in place of intent category headings.

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is in a third-party product. The section "CPMLocalizedCategoryName" (circumstanced in CPMPortalType=CPMInteractionPortal) does not use localized 'CategoryName' property.

Resolution

The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules. This issue is resolved by HFix-22991.

HFix-22991 includes setting the category name for all these categories using pyCaption field values and setting this value to category name using the utility function, getLocalizedText. Create field values for the custom categories in implementation layer.
