Summary
Localization wizard deletes the previous version of a rule from a locked RuleSet.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a field value
- Translate the field value to a new language using the localization wizard
- Lock the RuleSet associated with the new language
- Retranslate the field value with a new translation using the localization wizard and a higher version of the RuleSet. The field value is moved to the higher version and removed from the lower version of the RuleSet
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-41013.
