Menu bar is not getting displayed in RAC application

Summary
When logging into an application from IE browser later than IE 8, the menu bar is not getting displayed in browsers above IE 8 in any mode.
Error Messages
Menu is not loaded
Steps to Reproduce
Login into RAC application in IE browser version greater than 8.
Menubar which is present in the Home page is not displayed.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
The user is using a pega MenuBar custom tag to use MenuBar which is making asynchronous calls due to which the Menubar is sporadically not loaded.
Resolution
The explanation for this behavior is as follows:
Replace the custom Menubar control tag with Menubar control code to resolve the issue.
