Summary
Menus are not responding on click in Chrome and FireFox browsers with Pega 7.2.2.

Steps to Reproduce
Create a menu and try to click on it to show the menu options, nothing would happen.
Root Cause
User is on a touch screen device, as such the listener is not added for mouse click based on the below logic.
Resolution
For some Pega application functionality to work fine on touch screen devices one must perform below browser specific configurations.
