Summary
InvalidParameterException occurs when case creation fails due to an error on the Clipboard.
Error Messages
com.pega.pegarules.pub.clipboard.InvalidParameterException: Missing stream key property pyStreamName
Steps to Reproduce
Create a new case.
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment.
In the show-Harness activity, the pyStreamName Java parameter (Step 6) was not set.
keys.putString("pyStreamName", StringUtils.crossScriptingFilter(tools.getParamValue("Purpose")));
The activity was invoked from the Add activity to fetch the Purpose parameter value for the show-Harness activity which is blank.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Set the Param.HarnessPurpose parameter as New in the custom activity of the Add activity. This sets the Purpose parameter for the show-Harness activity.
